SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via USPS standard mail by default. Priority shipping is available at an additional cost as shown in delivery options.

If you are concerned about mail theft or have had issues with 'porch pirates' in the past, please contact us before ordering to add Signature Confirmation to your delivery for a small additional fee. Readymade items ship within 1-3 days unless otherwise stated in product description.

If requested, overnight or express shipping may be available at an additional cost. Contact us to see if this is available for the item you wish to purchase. 

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At Sun’s Flower Creations, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade and imported items. Due to the unique and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds as a standard practice. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order, please contact us immediately upon delivery. We value your support and want to ensure you have a positive experience with our shop. In certain instances, and at our sole discretion, an exchange may be authorized for an item of equal value. To be eligible for a potential exchange:

• The item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition.

• The request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

• The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.

If an item arrives damaged, please send a photo within 48 hours so we can make it right

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

All shipped orders will have a tracking number provided to you. Seller is not responsible for items after they've been shipped (example: Items lost in the mail due to carrier error or stolen packages).
